My goal is to assist clients in identifying the causes of their emotional discomfort. These problems can be complicated for some people, leading to feeling depressed and/or anxious. However, for others, counselling may simply provide a secure setting to talk about their feelings and emotions brought on by regular stressors, medical conditions, interpersonal conflict, grief, loss, or perhaps the impact of a particular event. I will work with you to comprehend how these stressors are influencing your life and will help you create solutions and techniques to lessen the severity of the symptoms in a non-judgemental environment.
